Qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications or Speech Language (per district requirement)
  • No SLPA license required in Virginia
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience supporting speech/language services preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language support services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to maximize student progress
  • Document student performance and provide regular updates
