Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Minnesota SLPA license (required; applications with pending licensure will not be considered)
• Dual certification on MN SLP license must be visible and included as a PDF attachment with your application
• Previous experience working with school-aged students is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to different school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Work onsite across two school campuses, supporting speech-language services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
  • Northdale MS: 0.7 FTE
  • Oakdale: 0.3 FTE
• Assist in planning and implementing therapy sessions
• Support students in building communication skills and achieving individualized goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for caseloads
• Effectively manage varying needs across different student groups and campus locations
• Communicate openly with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families to support student outcomes
