Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLPA license (required; applications with pending licensure will not be considered)
- Dual certification on MN SLP license must be visible and included as a PDF attachment with your application
- Previous experience working with school-aged students is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to different school settings
- Current resume ready for submission
Key Responsibilities:
- Work onsite across two school campuses, supporting speech-language services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Northdale MS: 0.7 FTE
- Oakdale: 0.3 FTE
- Assist in planning and implementing therapy sessions
- Support students in building communication skills and achieving individualized goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for caseloads
- Effectively manage varying needs across different student groups and campus locations
- Communicate openly with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families to support student outcomes
