Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure in the state
- Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to follow treatment plans and adjust to the needs of individual students
- Commitment to working collaboratively with therapists, educators, and families
- Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation
- Enthusiasm for supporting learners of diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students as guided by supervising SLP
- Assist in the development and execution of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students in achieving communication, articulation, and language goals
- Maintain accurate records and data collection as per school policies
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to promote student success
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
- Adapt interventions based on student progress and feedback
