Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA licensure in the state
• Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adjust to the needs of individual students
• Commitment to working collaboratively with therapists, educators, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation
• Enthusiasm for supporting learners of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students as guided by supervising SLP
• Assist in the development and execution of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students in achieving communication, articulation, and language goals
• Maintain accurate records and data collection as per school policies
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to promote student success
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
• Adapt interventions based on student progress and feedback
