Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Mechanicsville, VA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license for Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organizational skills and reliability in managing documentation
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress reporting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SLPs in delivering targeted therapy to students
• Conduct group and individual speech-language sessions
• Assist with assessment data, documentation, and parent communication
