It’s a contract role providing both direct and indirect speech-language services to learners in a welcoming educational environment, conveniently scheduled for 40 hours per week.

Ideal Background & Skills:

  • Valid SLPA licensure or certification in Texas
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work confidently with students across K–12 grade levels
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, supervisors, and families
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, and commitment to student success

Daily Duties Include:

  • Provide both direct and indirect speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals
  • Support speech-language pathologists in service delivery
  • Maintain clear records of sessions and student progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards
