Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in Indiana
  • Ability to meet all standard compliance background checks and district clearance requirements
  • Adaptable to working in various school buildings as assignments are finalized
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting students with diverse communication needs preferred
  • Willingness to work onsite, with optional remote (teletherapy) backup under consideration

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct support services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Assist in the implementation of IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
  • Document student progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Adjust to evolving caseloads and building assignments within the district
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings as needed
