Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in Indiana
- Ability to meet all standard compliance background checks and district clearance requirements
- Adaptable to working in various school buildings as assignments are finalized
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting students with diverse communication needs preferred
- Willingness to work onsite, with optional remote (teletherapy) backup under consideration
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in the implementation of IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
- Document student progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Adjust to evolving caseloads and building assignments within the district
