You’ll work closely alongside a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, sharing a thoughtfully balanced caseload and collaborating to help each student thrive—in and beyond the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA licensure
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development
  • Ability to implement therapy sessions and interventions under SLP supervision
  • Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student growth
  • Prior work in a healthcare or educational setting as an SLPA is a plus

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to elementary-aged students, following treatment plans established by the SLP
  • Track and document student progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare materials and activities to support individualized and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support generalization of therapy goals in the classroom
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation
  • Maintain a positive, supportive environment aligned with school policies and culture
