Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure (Wisconsin or eligible to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP implementation and documentation

- Ability to provide both direct and indirect services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Speech Language Pathologist in delivering therapy services to students in grades 6th-12th
- Assist with assessments, treatment implementation, and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate session notes and student records
- Work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure integrated student support
- Serve students according to established IEPs, focusing on speech and language goals
- Adhere to guaranteed weekly hours, with no requirements for duties outside of contracted school hours (no bus, lunch, or parent pickup responsibilities)
