Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited SLPA program and current state licensure/certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred

  • Ability to implement therapist-designed treatment plans
  • Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervising speech-language pathologists by delivering therapy sessions to students as directed
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans to help students enhance speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Support progress monitoring through accurate data collection and reporting
  • Prepare therapy materials and maintain well-organized session records
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth
  • Participate in team meetings and staff development sessions as needed
