Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA licensure in California

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capable of maintaining accurate records and gathering student progress details

Responsibilities:

• Assist speech-language pathologist in preparing and delivering effective therapy sessions
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to help students with speech, language, articulation, and communication skills
• Collect and document data on student performance and progress as directed by the supervising SLP
• Participate in team meetings, offering insights on student needs and improvements
• Communicate frequently with teachers and families regarding student progress
• Ensure therapy materials and documentation are organized and up to date
