This contract is structured for in-person coverage, requiring your expertise two days per week from November through March. Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license (Texas required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is beneficial
  • Comfortable working onsite (in-person)
  • Availability two days each week from November to March
  • Solid communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored speech therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Support and collaborate with supervising SLPs and school staff in a team-oriented environment
  • Maintain accurate therapy and progress records for each student
  • Foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere for all students
  • Adapt to and learn from innovative therapeutic and classroom practices within a new district
