Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license or certification in Washington State
- Experience providing therapy to students in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, and families
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

Core Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs, focusing on helping students reach their communication goals
- Provide individual or group therapy sessions under supervision, targeting a variety of speech and language challenges

- Support generalization of communication skills in classroom settings
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain a well-organized workspace
- Engage with teachers and staff to foster a supportive learning environment
- Participate in school meetings and training sessions as needed
