This dynamic role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in young learners’ lives, working onsite with a dedicated caseload of 60-80 students on a single elementary campus. As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you’ll collaborate closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality therapy, participate in evaluations, and contribute to ARDs.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current, valid SLPA license required
  • Strong background working in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings as an SLPA
  • Previous experience with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Familiarity with therapy, student evaluations, and ARD meeting participation
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Comfort in an onsite, school-based environment for the duration of the contract

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students on campus
  • Assist in conducting student evaluations and assessments under supervision
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records for each student
  • Participate actively in ARDs and help develop individualized student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ needs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
