We’re searching for dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistants for full-time, contract positions in the upcoming 26/27 school year. Key Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent
- Valid state SLPA certification
- Relevant experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with SLPs, teachers, and families
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing treatment plans for students’ speech and language needs
- Deliver direct service to students in both individual and small group settings
- Document student progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with state and district policies
- Support screening and assessment activities under supervision
- Collaborate with educational staff to promote generalization of speech and language skills in the classroom
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
