We’re searching for dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistants for full-time, contract positions in the upcoming 26/27 school year. With multiple openings available, you’ll provide essential services to elementary and middle school students, making a real difference in their academic and social success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent
  • Valid state SLPA certification
  • Relevant experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with SLPs, teachers, and families
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing treatment plans for students’ speech and language needs
  • Deliver direct service to students in both individual and small group settings
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with state and district policies
  • Support screening and assessment activities under supervision
  • Collaborate with educational staff to promote generalization of speech and language skills in the classroom
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
