This full-time, contract role, conveniently located in the greater Monument, CO area, offers multiple immediate openings and guaranteed hours from August through May. You will collaborate onsite with a dedicated team of professionals, serving a diverse elementary and middle school caseload and enjoying robust supervision.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA licensure or certification eligibility for Colorado
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
  • Solid communication and organizational skills with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments
  • Collaborative approach, comfortable working with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Commitment to supporting students’ speech and language development in both group and individual settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a certified Speech Language Pathologist
  • Prepare and implement interventions consistent with students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to goal planning, and assist with assessments as directed
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students in both elementary and middle school populations
