You will collaborate onsite with a dedicated team of professionals, serving a diverse elementary and middle school caseload and enjoying robust supervision.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure or certification eligibility for Colorado
- Previous experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
- Solid communication and organizational skills with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments
- Collaborative approach, comfortable working with teachers, therapists, and families
- Commitment to supporting students’ speech and language development in both group and individual settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a certified Speech Language Pathologist
- Prepare and implement interventions consistent with students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to goal planning, and assist with assessments as directed
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students in both elementary and middle school populations
