Make a meaningful impact in educational settings by supporting students’ communication needs as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) on a full-time contract. Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals throughout the entire school year, providing essential therapy services to help students achieve their speech and language goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license required
  • Current CDE (Colorado Department of Education) certification
  • Experience working in school settings is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Compassion, flexibility, and a passion for helping children succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Document student progress and collaborate with educators and families
  • Prepare materials and organize activities to support therapy sessions
  • Support a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student progress
