Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or AAS degree from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA licensure or certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm, professional demeanor during high-stress or crisis situations
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites as needed
- Committed to partnering with staff and families to support student growth
- Onsite presence required (no virtual option)
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language interventions in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes and progress data
- Partner with supervising SLPs for ongoing feedback and professional development
- Effectively communicate progress and recommendations to educators and parents
- Adapt to different school settings throughout the day as required
