What We’re Looking For:

• Current SLPA license in California
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Commitment to supporting students with a variety of communication needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans for students
• Provide direct and indirect services to students according to prescribed IEPs
• Document progress, maintain records, and report on student outcomes as required
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to best support student development
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation of student goals when appropriate
