Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold an active SLPA license or certification in Arizona
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Passion for working with school-aged children and supporting their success
  • Knowledge of data collection methods and progress monitoring
  • Adaptable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities in This Role:

  • Provide therapy sessions to students under the guidance of an SLP
  • Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals as directed
  • Assist with screenings and assessments as needed
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with educational staff, families, and caregivers
  • Support the generalization of communication skills across classroom settings
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
