• Valid state licensure/certification for SLPA

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students in 1st–5th grade classrooms
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic activities under SLP supervision
• Collect and document student data, providing feedback on progress to SLPs and teachers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment
• Help adapt therapy approaches to support various classroom needs throughout the school day
