Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Tennessee SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and staff
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering student growth
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language interventions under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist with documenting student progress and reporting results to supervising therapists
• Conduct group and one-on-one sessions, adapting materials as needed
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and caregivers to maximize student success
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and IEP meetings as required
