  • Graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
  • Active SLPA certification or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee
  • Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow therapy plans and document progress under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist

In this position, you will:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as directed by a supervising SLP
  • Assist with assessment activities, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings as required
