With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and a contract set from August 11, 2026, through May 20, 2027, you'll play an essential role in helping students reach their full potential. This position offers guaranteed hours and recognizes both direct and indirect service time. Focus on your specialized work with no additional school duties—like bus supervision or parent pickup—required outside your contracted hours.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLPA license or certification required
  • Previous experience in a school setting, serving K-12 preferred
  • Understanding of IEP implementation and documentation processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, SLPs, and school staff

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services as assigned
  • Support students’ communication goals throughout the school day
  • Assist with assessments, data collection, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with supervising SLP, classroom teachers, and parents
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Engage with students in both individual and small group settings
