What you bring:

  • Current SLPA licensure in Idaho, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience or strong interest in serving school-aged children in educational environments
  • Solid understanding of implementing speech and language therapy plans crafted by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational abilities and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities
  • Record student progress and contribute to ongoing assessment and documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate student needs and successes with staff and families
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment conducive to student learning and engagement
