Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) license or certification required
- Previous experience working with children in grades 1-5 preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and school staff
- Familiarity with educational strategies for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language support to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed to support student articulation, language comprehension, and communication goals
- Record and track student progress, documenting outcomes and sharing updates with the supervisory SLP and teachers
- Assist in creating engaging lessons and activities that make learning accessible and enjoyable
- Participate in team meetings, collaborating to foster each student's success
- Support classroom teachers in integrating communication strategies throughout the day
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and all school policies at all times
