Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLPA licensure in Delaware or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for working with children and supporting individual needs
- Ability to follow IEPs under the supervision of an SLP
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapeutic activities and speech-language programs as directed by supervising SLP
- Assist in documenting student progress and maintaining records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute observations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Provide direct support and encouragement to students in both individual and group settings
