Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Delaware SLPA license
  • Experience in school-based and/or healthcare SLPA roles highly valued
  • Strong commitment to supporting student communication goals
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to children in preschool and elementary classrooms, carrying out individualized therapy plans created by supervising SLPs
  • Assist in speech, language, and communication exercises tailored to each child’s needs
  • Help maintain thorough progress documentation and contribute insights to therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure cohesive support systems for students
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and implement strategies to help each child reach their goals

Schedule & Flexibility: Enjoy a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Both full-time and part-time hours are available to best suit your work-life needs.
