Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist in implementing IEP (Individualized Education Plan) goals for assigned students
• Document student progress and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring and reporting
• Prepare therapy materials and participate in therapy planning with SLP and educational team
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful therapy space for students
• Communicate regularly with supervising SLP, teachers, and families (as needed)
• Participate in school-based meetings, professional development, and continuing education
