Qualifications:

  • Current valid SLPA licensure in the state
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out therapy activities as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists to support students’ IEP goals
  • Deliver individual and small-group interventions targeting language, articulation, fluency, and social-pragmatic skills
  • Collect and document student progress data for ongoing assessment
  • Assist with preparation and organization of therapy materials
  • Communicate observations and relevant insights to SLP supervisors for ongoing intervention planning
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for students to build confidence in communication
