• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but not required

• Ability to assist in implementing therapy plans developed by certified Speech-Language Pathologists
• Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and support instructional activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services under supervision of credentialed SLPs
• Support students’ progress toward IEP goals with individualized and small-group intervention
• Collect and maintain documentation and data for student progress reporting
• Assist SLPs in preparing materials and modifying instructional resources
• Collaborate closely with staff, teachers, and families to encourage student success in the classroom
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
