You’ll enjoy a 37.5-hour work week supporting a diverse caseload, serving students across two closely located sites. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic settings, value teamwork with teachers and specialists, and have a heart for helping children develop essential communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license or certification required.
  • School-based experience, especially with K-8 students, highly desired.
  • Familiarity with implementing speech therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to working across multiple school sites (travel between sites is minimal).
  • Able to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support speech and language services, following the direction and supervision of the lead SLP.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to students in both group and individual settings.
  • Help track student progress and keep documentation up to date.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Engage with staff and families to help students reach their communication goals.
  • Travel between two nearby school sites as part of your daily schedule.
