Key Experience & Skills:

• Valid SLPA credentials and state licensure required
• Experience in schools, healthcare, or a combination of both strongly valued
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and supporting individualized student goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaborative settings
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and contribute to a positive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist with observation, data collection, and documentation to support student progress
• Contribute to developing and updating treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Engage with teachers, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative approach to student success
