• SLPA License (in hand or pending at the time of interview)
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or closely related field

• Adaptability and commitment to ethical, culturally responsive practices

Key responsibilities:

• Support implementation of speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist with therapy sessions, data collection, and progress notes
• Prepare instructional materials and activities tailored to student needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
