Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Credentialed as an SLP (CCC, CFY, or school-based) or SLPA (school-based or healthcare)
- Experience or strong interest in K-5 student populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (for teletherapy roles)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams, parents, and caregivers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and small group speech-language therapy to K-5 students
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP processes
- Document student progress and communicate goals with team members
- Liaise with teachers and families to promote carryover of learned skills
- Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Engage in school-wide initiatives and professional development as needed
