Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Credentialed as an SLP (CCC, CFY, or school-based) or SLPA (school-based or healthcare)
  • Experience or strong interest in K-5 student populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (for teletherapy roles)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams, parents, and caregivers
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and small group speech-language therapy to K-5 students
  • Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP processes
  • Document student progress and communicate goals with team members
  • Liaise with teachers and families to promote carryover of learned skills
  • Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles
  • Engage in school-wide initiatives and professional development as needed
