Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active SLPA license (required)
- Experience with elementary, middle, or high school student caseloads preferred
- Understanding of school-based therapy services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Support SLPs with speech-language therapy services
- Provide direct and indirect services to students
- Document and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Assist with program planning and reporting as needed
