Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Washington
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred

  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with lead SLPs, teachers, and other school staff
  • Organizational aptitude and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement speech and language therapy plans developed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Work with students individually or in small groups as directed
  • Track progress and collect data for ongoing evaluation of speech goals
  • Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to individual student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with supervising SLP and educational teams
  • Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required
