• Active SLPA license in Washington, with eligibility to work in school settings

• Ability to follow therapy plans developed by a supervising SLP
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist licensed SLPs in planning and conducting therapy sessions for students with communication disorders
• Implement speech-language intervention activities based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support data collection to document student progress
• Adapt session materials to meet student needs under SLP supervision
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to encourage student achievements
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance your skills
