Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA in Washington state
• Experience supporting speech and language interventions in school settings preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and flexible to meet changing student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering speech-language therapy services under the direction of a certified SLP
• Support assessment and treatment of students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Accurately document student progress and maintain therapy records
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and parents to support student goals
• Contribute to IEP meetings and help adapt materials to individual student needs
• Participate in school activities and team meetings as needed
