School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Ontario, California

This role is based near Ontario, CA, and centers on delivering impactful speech and language services within school settings. Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certification required for practice in California
• Experience in K-12 school environments or pediatric care settings highly preferred
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and data collection techniques
• Strong collaboration skills for partnering with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and support staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Compassionate demeanor and dedication to supporting students’ individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students, implementing treatment plans under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist with administering speech and language screenings and collecting data for progress monitoring
• Support development and follow-through of IEP goals by delivering engaging activities and interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to progress reports
• Collaborate with classroom educators and families to foster positive learning outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
