You will collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other school professionals to help deliver impactful services to students across different grade levels. Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active Minnesota SLPA license—applicants must attach both a resume and a PDF of their MN SLPA license (dual certification view required)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting as an SLPA strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management; ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Commitment to creating supportive and inclusive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing individualized therapy plans designed by supervising SLPs
- Work Monday through Friday, serving both Northdale MS (0.7 FTE) and Oakdale (0.3 FTE)
- Provide direct therapy and support for speech and language goals
- Collect data and document student progress as directed
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff and families
- Support a diverse student population with varying communication needs
