Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Osseo, MN

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Minnesota SLPA license—applicants must attach both a resume and a PDF of their MN SLPA license (dual certification view required)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting as an SLPA strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective time management; ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Commitment to creating supportive and inclusive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing individualized therapy plans designed by supervising SLPs
• Work Monday through Friday, serving both Northdale MS (0.7 FTE) and Oakdale (0.3 FTE)
• Provide direct therapy and support for speech and language goals
• Collect data and document student progress as directed
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff and families
• Support a diverse student population with varying communication needs
