Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure in California
- Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations
- Solid understanding of speech and language therapy techniques and interventions
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, educators, and parents
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to student-centered support
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized speech and language therapy services under the direction of a supervising SLP
- Provide direct support to students in group and one-on-one settings
- Assist with assessment data collection and progress tracking
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate records of student performance
- Communicate with classroom teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Participate in team meetings, IEP discussions, and ongoing training
