What We’re Looking For:
- Active or eligible SLPA or SLP license in California
- School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, following IEP goals
- Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (if SLPA) in assessment and treatment planning
- Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
- Communicate regularly with educators and caregivers to maximize student support
- Adapt therapy techniques and materials to engage students with a wide range of abilities
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and school-based activities as needed
