We are looking for three talented SLPAs—two for full-time roles and one for a part-time position—who are passionate about helping students excel in their communication abilities.
This opportunity runs from August 12, 2026, to May 28, 2027, offering you consistency throughout the school year. Full-time professionals will work 37.5 hours per week, with caseloads split between elementary and middle schools. The part-time position is for three days a week, working with a caseload divided between a middle and a high school. All roles require work at a single building per assignment, fostering strong relationships and continuity for students.
Requirements:
- Hold a current Colorado SLPA license
- Experience working in school settings, specifically with elementary, middle, or high school students
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to contribute to IEP implementation under the direction of a supervising SLP
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and adapting to varied student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to assigned students in accordance with IEPs
- Support assessment and data collection processes as directed by a supervising SLP
- Assist in developing and delivering classroom and small group interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow support staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages growth in communication skills
