Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across multiple schools, serving as a key part of a highly collaborative speech-language team. As an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide direct services to K-12 students, helping them achieve their communication and academic goals. With a flexible approach to scheduling, both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time candidates will be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license or SLP credential (appropriate state licensure required)
  • Experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel between locations as part of an itinerant team
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve K-12 students across five schools, providing direct and indirect speech-language services as assigned
  • Participate in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring under the supervision of licensed SLPs (for SLPAs)
  • Collaborate with other SLPs, special education teams, and classroom teachers to personalize student plans
  • Document all services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Adjust to different bell times (High School: 7:20-2:40, Elementary: 8:30-3:50), ensuring flexible support across locations
