What you’ll bring:

  • Active SLPA license or certification required
  • Experience in school settings or with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt strategies for students with varying speech and language abilities
  • Organizational skills for case management and documentation
  • Dependability and professionalism in meeting scheduling and reporting needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language services to students individually and in groups
  • Support implementing IEP goals under guidance of licensed SLPs
  • Assist with screenings, progress monitoring, and daily therapy activities
  • Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, SLPs, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
