Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to implement therapy plans developed by a supervising SLP
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators and families
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling effectively
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for helping students overcome communication challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Assist in conducting screenings of speech, language, and hearing
• Track and report on student progress as directed by the supervising SLP
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to reinforce skills and ensure consistency
