Responsibilities include:

  • Working 35 hours per week with a diverse caseload of approximately 41 students (subject to change).
  • Delivering 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions weekly, including 16 individual and 37 group sessions.
  • Providing speech and language services across three buildings (elementary, middle, and high school).
  • Collaborating closely with an onsite and teletherapy SLP for shared caseload management.
  • Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining compliance with school/district protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA license/certification for Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred.
  • Strong team collaboration, flexibility, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with varied student populations and adapting to different environments.
