You’ll collaborate in a team serving K-6th grade students, with dedicated classrooms offering a low student-to-clinician ratio—five classrooms, maximum six students each, with enrollment currently at 22. The role involves direct service delivery, consultation, and documentation as part of a caring multi-disciplinary staff.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • One or more of the following: State licensure/certification as an SLPA, SLP with CCC, or SLP-CFY
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (KDG-6th grade)
  • Familiarity with school-based therapy models and IEP process
  • Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team setting and adapt to diverse caseload needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned students
  • Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
  • Adjust strategies and interventions to maximize student progress

Schedule & Assignment Details:

  • Onsite hours: 8am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday (regular school year)
  • ESY (Extended School Year) hours: 8am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday (June 1–June 29)
  • School year ends May 29; ESY runs June 1–29; Following school year begins August 13
