Qualifications & Experience:

• Current SLPA certification or license as required by the state of Texas
• Practical experience or familiarity working with children in grades 1-5

• Excellent organizational skills for managing caseloads and record-keeping

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering high-quality therapy services
• Work directly with students individually and in small groups, implementing assigned therapy plans
• Prepare materials and activities tailored to specific communication goals
• Monitor, document, and report student progress on a regular basis
• Contribute to progress meetings and help manage records in compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines
