Make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners by bringing your talent and expertise as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to a contract opportunity supporting students across elementary grades, including Pre-K through 5th. You’ll be working within a nurturing, collaborative school setting where your impact will reach about 50 students, focusing on mild to moderate articulation and language needs. Students receive services both through pull-out and push-in models, remaining engaged with their general education classrooms throughout most of the day.

This fulfilling role offers a consistent weekday schedule with hours from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm and a half-hour lunch break. The assignment starts ASAP, allowing you to step into a meaningful position supporting students’ growth and communication skills right away.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active, current SLPA license required
  • Certification suitable for working in a school-based environment
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary students, grades PK-5
  • Comfort with both direct and consultative (push-in/pull-out) service models
  • Understanding of mild to moderate clinical needs (articulation and language delays)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted speech-language interventions for a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Collaborate with supervising SLP, general educators, and support staff
  • Document progress and assist in reporting as required
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for all students
