Two SLPAs are needed for distinct opportunities: One position involves collaborating with a virtual SLP to facilitate on-site speech therapy sessions, ensuring seamless support for student needs. The other provides direct speech services to a traditional caseload, allowing you to focus on direct intervention and growth with students. Both assignments are anticipated to focus within a single school site for continuity and strong rapport-building.

Desired Experience & Credentials:

  • Active Florida Department of Health SLPA Licensure required
  • Expertise delivering speech-language services in school settings
  • Adaptability to support either virtual SLP coordination or direct service provision
  • Compliance with time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing procedures (JLA badge process; assistance provided for prior FL school district fingerprinting)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with supervising SLPs and school staff
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy in group and individual settings
  • Collect data and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for diverse learners
