This onsite, contract role will have you making a direct impact by delivering high-quality speech services to students throughout the school year from August 3, 2026, to May 28, 2027. Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLPA licensure required
- Minimum of two years of experience as an SLPA
- At least six months of previous school-based experience
- Ability to complete fingerprinting requirements, including verification through the AHCA Clearinghouse if applicable
- Commitment to working onsite (remote/VOCO not available for this position)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to a traditional caseload of students
- Help support students’ communication goals in collaboration with speech-language pathologists and other educational professionals
- Document sessions and student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with teachers and staff to ensure student needs are met effectively
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the role
