Step into a dynamic educational setting supporting students from Kindergarten through 6th grade as a Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). You’ll be involved with a mild to moderate needs caseload, averaging around 55 students, ensuring each receives quality, individualized care.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current SLPA license in California
  • Bilingual proficiency—Spanish required
  • At least one full academic year of SLPA experience in a school setting
  • Experience working with K-6 students, supporting mild to moderate communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy under SLP supervision
  • Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
  • Deliver bilingual support and translate (Spanish/English) as needed for students and families
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
  • Foster inclusive classroom communication strategies
