Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license required
• Minimum of one full school year of experience as an SLPA in a school-based environment
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory
• Comfortable serving students in grades K-6, with mild to moderate needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of speech-language pathology services under the direction of a supervising SLP
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for a diverse student population
• Contribute to implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and data for student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to promote student achievement
