Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLPA license in California
- Bilingual proficiency—Spanish required
- At least one full academic year of SLPA experience in a school setting
- Experience working with K-6 students, supporting mild to moderate communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy under SLP supervision
- Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
- Deliver bilingual support and translate (Spanish/English) as needed for students and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Foster inclusive classroom communication strategies
