Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license in California
  • Spanish fluency required
  • Experience with K-6th grade students and mild to moderate caseloads
  • At least one full school year of SLPA experience in a school setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect services under the supervision of an SLP
  • Manage an average SLP caseload of 55 students
  • Deliver targeted interventions primarily to K-6 students
  • Monitor progress, maintain records, and communicate with staff and families
  • Contribute to the development of student-specific goals
